Why Choose Our Board & Train?

Our Board & Train is an immersive, lifestyle-based program designed to create calm, neutral, reliable dogs in real-world environments — not temporary obedience in controlled settings.

Because of the level of structure, individualized attention, and real-world exposure involved, this program is intentionally designed for owners who:

• Value accountability and clear communication
• Are willing to uphold structure at home
• Want long-term reliability — not short-term compliance
• Understand that quality training is an investment

This program is not for owners who:

• Are shopping for the lowest price
• Expect the trainer to “fix it” without personal involvement
• Are uncomfortable setting boundaries
• Prefer a casual approach to leadership

We accept a limited number of dogs at a time to preserve the integrity of the training process and ensure measurable results.

If you are seeking lasting change — and are ready to uphold the standard — we invite you to apply.

Service Options

We don't just train dogs, we build elite partnerships; we provide you with the standard and the tools to lead them, so you can finally have the life you actually envisioned together.

Dogs must be at least 6 months old and they must be crate trained to be eligible for the program (calm/quiet/sleep in crate)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I use a balanced, relationship-based training approach that focuses on clear communication, structure, and fairness. Every dog is trained as an individual, using tools like prong collars and e-collars only when appropriate and always introduced humanely and thoughtfully. My goal is a confident, reliable dog—not fear or force.

  • Programs range from 5–14 days, depending on your dog’s age, temperament, and training goals. Longer stays allow for proofing behaviors in real-world environments like stores, coffee shops, and high-distraction settings.

  • Your dog stays in a structured, safe, and calm home environment with daily training, structured rest (yes in a kennel), and intentional social exposure when appropriate. This allows your dog to learn how to behave in real life—not just in a training facility.

  • Training doesn’t stop at pickup. You’ll receive:

    • A 1–2 hour go-home session

    • A Graduate Handbook

    • 3 free virtual follow-up sessions for continued support

  • Board & Train is best for dogs needing foundational obedience, behavior modification, or consistency their owners can’t currently provide. Some dogs may be better suited for private lessons, which we’ll determine during your free consultation. I’ll always recommend what’s best for the dog—not just a program.
