My why

At BBW my mission is to go beyond symptoms, uncovering the root causes of diseases to provide personalized and evidence-based healthcare solutions. I believe in the power of individualized preventative wellness, holistic approaches, and functional living to create a foundation for long-term well-being.

After spending over a decade in traditional healthcare, I’ve seen firsthand how often “treatment” means masking symptoms with a prescription rather than addressing the underlying issue. While I deeply respect the role of medicine when it’s needed, I believe true healing comes from uncovering and resolving root causes.

My approach is both science-backed and deeply personal. When you work with me, you’ll receive a fully customized wellness package designed with your unique needs in mind. This includes functional lab testing, personalized nutrition guidance, and one-on-one support to empower you on your path to long-term wellness.

I don’t just provide protocols or plans—I partner with you in your ever-evolving wellness journey, ensuring you feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. Together, we’ll do more than manage your health—we’ll help you reclaim it.

  • Unfortunately the traditional insurance model does not cover health care with out diagnostic coding. Since I do not diagnose, I cannot bill insurance. You can certainly try to use your FSA/HSA card, however, I cannot guarantee it will work, as all insurance companies are different.

  • I take all factors into consideration: nutrition, lifestyle, environment etc. Typically I use a nutrition/gut first approach followed by bloodwork (& sometimes hormone) panels. These labs are viewed from a preventative/functional lens, as opposed to a diagnostic lens.

  • While I can provide meal plans, I find this to be a complete disservice to my clients. Instead I teach you the basic foundational principles of nutrition and how to create a meal plan for yourself leading to long term adherence and success.

  • Because I have worked in traditional health care for over a decade, I believe I can bring unique knowledge from both perspectives. I have learned the traditional and non-traditional approaches, that together make a well rounded practitioner.
