          Hey, I’m Brittni

          If you’ve followed me at all, or seen any of my content, then you know that I am really NOT a fan of food (or lifestyle) restriction. I spent too many years living that kind of life. Turns out, it just made my health so much worse, my body rebelled (because our bodies know best) and I had a really bad relationship with myself for much of my 20s.

          My restrictions lead to a disordered view of food. I literally could not just eat without a million and one thoughts running through my head.

          Becoming a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and educating myself about ancestral nutrition, blood sugar balance, digestion and HOW the body utilizes food, changed everything for me.

          The education leads to the mindset shifts. And this is what I think a lot of women are missing. Once you learn the ins/outs of the fundamentals, it’s a lot easier, trust me!
